Shipping policy

All orders are processed and packaged within 1-5 business days from date of purchase. All items are shipped via courier, and shipping information along with tracking numbers will be sent via email once they are ready. We do offer worldwide shipping, all rates are provided at checkout depending on selected country. CAN/USA delivery time is estimated between 1-12 business days and international shipping is between 1-30 business days.

Once your order is in the hands of the Courier, The Big Dog Company has no control or leverage of the status of the package, and assumes no responsibilities.
